These are stellar fork guards that are easy to remove and clean behind, but durable and strong enough to smash into rocks and logs without worrying about the outer finish of the forks. Sharp looking and well made. Fit perfectly on my '25 Beta 390 RE w/ 48mm KYB's
The plastic inhibits you from easily putting the wheel on you have to use an angle grinder to trim off the edge so it lines up with the inside of your swing arm. Had to do this for the 3 sets I’ve ordered for my betas. Kinda a pain.
These are designed really well. They do away with the factory screws into plastic which hold the front brake lines, instead using molded in metal inserts to screw into. Plastic seems thicker but still separates easy enough to go over the fork tube. I did warm the guards up a little before and they slide right on. Would love to see some factory colors, Husqvarna blue please.

These guards look great and are really thick. The only thing I will say they are extremely hard to get the bolts to start into the brackets. It’s almost like it needs bent out more or the bolts need to be longer and I have to take them off after every ride because they just pack mud behind them
Definitely the burliest swing arm guards on the market. The install requires a bit more work than the other manufacturers, but the quality and robust design of the CC is excellent. The fork guards are excellent as well. Happy with the protection they provide the bike in rocky terrain in Idaho and have already put them to the test a handful of times.

They dont fit well. Even after grinding material away to get them to sit correct they fit poorly. The zip ties on the front of the swing arm interfere with the kickstand as well

Terrible fitment of the right side swingarm guard.
I had to make it work,
Threw away the zip Ty’s
Used heat and clamps to make the right side fit properly
Drilled and tapped a hole into my swingarm and used a button cap Allen bolt with a fender washer one per side cause the zip Ty’s were useless.
Did not expect to have to modify the guards and my swingarm to make them fit nicely. Especially at that price point!
The guards work great and fit good but the upper fork guards are not slick plastics and won’t hold stickers as well as bottom If they came in other colors that would help the look as well
2024+ XC-W Swingarm Guards (2024+ KTM 300/250 XC-W with PDS suspension)
There are cutouts for the casting marks but they’re not correct. When I contacted crosslinked they said “Looks like the casting marks moved, you should try using a heat gun” which I had already done. This left the swingarms with extra areas that are unprotected and some areas that are wrinkled over. Would’ve been better to not have any cutouts and let the customer do it manually.
Put these on my son’s 2024 KTM 150xcw. They fit well and I’m certain of the protection they offer as I already have a well used set on my bike. Bought for protection, but they look great as well.

It fits well but I haven’t ridden the bike in dusty or dirty conditions so not totally sure but based on the overall design it should do what it was designed to do.
