Lifetime Limited Warranty
We will replace anything that has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the product
100 Hour Guarantee
We Design our products to last, even when used to the extreme. They may not look pretty at the end of 100 hours, but our promise is they will remain on your bike and functional for 100 hours.
Each product is eligible for one pro-rated replacement within 100 hours due to premature wear out.

We will quickly evaluate the damage, let you know how our policy applies and get you setup.
This portion of our policy is valid for the lifetime of the product and is only applicable to defects in workmanship or materials.
In simple terms, the product has broken in an unexpected way which we believe is not characteristic of our normal expectations.
What it DOES NOT cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear
- damage due to modifications
- crash damage

International Customers: Customer pays Shipping
We have not yet implemented a "registration" system, although we may in the future.
We currently go on the honor system, and may ask for hour meter photos as an indication.
In general we try to make things right.
Conditions and use can vary wildly. Our products are the toughest on the market, still some people are exceptionally talented at wearing things out. We believe this policy effectively helps those that have an "edge case failure" while also protecting us from abuse so we may continue to make you great products!
Due to the nature of a skid plates use it is not eligible for the 100 hours guarantee. If something fails for a strange reason and you have reason to believe it is a defect in materials workmanship or design let us know and we are happy to take a look.
