How to Track Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. To stay on top of it:

  1. Check your email (and spam folder) for your shipping confirmation from Crosslinked Components. It has your tracking number and link.
  2. Click the tracking link to see live status from the carrier.
  3. If you have an account, log in to view order status under your order history.

Carriers

We ship via USPS and UPS. Your tracking link goes to whichever carrier is handling your shipment.

When Will I Get Tracking?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT usually ship the same day, Monday through Saturday, from Truckee, CA. You'll get your tracking email as soon as the label is created. If it's been more than a couple of business days and nothing's shown up, check spam first.

Haven't Received Tracking, or Package Stuck?

If you can't find your tracking info, or tracking says delivered but the package isn't there, email support@crosslinkedcomponents.com with your order number. We'll track it down and make it right.
